We are a small, independent brand, and every vaecaè order is carefully packed by hand, so we truly appreciate your patience and support.
We aim to get your swimwear to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday). During launches or busy periods, this may take slightly longer, we appreciate your understanding.
Our shipping courier is Royal Mail.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
PLEASE NOTE; International orders outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your vaecaè swimwear. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
SWIMWEAR HYGIENE POLICY
For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that all swimwear is tried on over underwear. All bikini bottoms & swimsuits are fitted with a protective hygiene sticker.
Returns will only be accepted if:
-The hygiene seal is fully intact
-The item has not been worn outside of trying on
-There are no signs of wear, marks, makeup, deodorant, tanning products, or fragrance.
Any items returned without the hygiene seal, or showing signs of wear, will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these hygiene standards.
HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at hello@vaecae.com within 30 days of delivery, include your order number & reason for return.
2.We will provide return instructions.
3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving your returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
